Except that I don't believe that it has. I believe that the Chargers move to LA was the final hand they had left to play in order to get the county/city of San Diego to pony up more money for a stadium. They (the county/city) haven't blinked...at all. If the Chargers try to return to San Diego, they will be welcomed back with open arms. But they'll be coming back to Qualcomm (with their tails between their legs).
And don't think that Mark Davis won't try to weasel his way out of Vegas to try to get back to LA either - further humiliating the Spanos'.
