Not calling out anyone.
It's just very hard for me to hear so many criticisms and complaints for a team who is now 6-0.....the ONLY undefeated team in the league at the 6 week mark, and leading the NFC West by 3 games.
Two road games in a row; tough weather in Denver for SoCalites. And Denver has a bunch of really good players, especially on D, and why they're not playing together as a team and winning more I don't know. But that's also why Joseph is on the hot seat; Elway knows their record ought to be better.
No doubt it really wasn't the Rams best game, nor McVay's best game. In a 16 game schedule you're going to have those kinds.
It's as though for some this is soccer where winning isn't enough; it has to also be artful and pretty.
Well, there's two teams out there and they both have pride and the will to win or they would never have made it to this level. This is why the "any given Sunday" cliche is true. Just ask the Bears and the Panthers.
So for me, the Rams coaches and players of course know where they did well and where they didn't. And they'll learn from their mistakes, but sometimes those mistakes have a lot to do with the other team.
I'm not a Fantasy Football guy, nor do I live and die on stats.
I live and die on Ws and Ls. I thought that was always the point of playing the game.
And our Rams have 6 Ws and zero Ls. You can't do any better than that.
