Well, we've been through this. I don't think that McVay cheapens his public self-criticism by turning it into bs. He went on at length, in 2 different pressers, about the specific situational playcalling issues he had, and going on at THAT much length and in that much detail and having it just be bs makes no sense.
He does not go off on his own playcalling like that every week, in that much detail. This was a very specific thing. It's not like every week he goes on for long paragraphs, twice, in detail, about himself like that.
And since what he said matches perfectly the critiques that were made of specific plays posted here BEFORE he even said anything, then, looks like everybody's pointing to the same issues. Really, it's a one to one match-up. Specific play calls were critiqued here in relation to how they didn't work situationally, then he comes out and critiques the exact same plays, in detail, that were posted about.
Coincidence? I think not.
