I guess the question should be asked if this is a PPR league. If it is, I stand by my post.
Neither Cohen or Howard are finding the end zone. But Cohen is your third down back and is more involved in the passing game.
That said, I have no Bears in position roles. I do have their defense in one league.
But because of Howard's one trick, he's likely gonna continue to get the majority of the snaps and touches.
Cohen got more touches this last game than all the other three combined. I don't even think he's been used exclusively as the third down back. Touches in games 1-3 were too low for that. He's only averaging 4 targets per game and half of those were from last game's blowout.
The most likely explanation for the high usage last week is the game got out of hand very early. He's risky IMO. And I drafted Cohen, I just got rid of him early...
