Why in the world will we find out what it means when we play KC? Have you watched KC...that passing game is developed around Kelcee and Hill not 3 WRs sets. They also throw frequently to their FB who is a weapon in their offense. KC offense has nothing to do with the Rams
We spent a #2 pick on a TE who is in his second year and got hurt in training camp. You can dismiss the reports all you want but its not the first time we heard that this summer about Everett. You choose not to believe what people say because your are dug in on this issue. Its fine... but not sure why you think people would lie about it.
Again I disagree about it being the worst position especially given the way the Rams are currently configured or even the relevance even if I agreed with you. Your acting like the Rams are hindered because they aren't throwing to the TEs. As I said they have 3 WRs on pace for over 1300 yards each. ALL THREE OF THEM. And another thing when they do throw to them they have done what has been asked of them ...including Everett making a great grab at the goal line last week, just short of a TD
You may be right about Everett eventually but again hes only in his second year and its too early to start talking about him being a bust. 1st and second round TEs take time to develop too and if McVay can get get Goff going, and Gurley going and make Cooks, Kupp, and Woods look like Bruce, Holt and Hakim... i just don't understand why you are so quickly ready to to say he can't develop these TEs. Recall a year ago during training camp you said the Rams oline was pathetic and would be the root of their demise ... but a little over a year later they have the best oline in football.
Patience jemach... that's all man... need to let things play out before you declare players a bust...especially with this coach

And we'll find out what it means when we play KC with their RB and 3 WRs.
We spent a #2 pick on Everett. You minimize the position by saying we are a 3 WR offense. And since our WRs are smallish, except for Woods, we will see how they hold up doing on the work.
Why did we use a 2nd rounder on a TE who can get out of a three point stance?
It's the worst position on this team...even over LB and DE. We cover it up with our WRs and Gurley. But, there is no question, it is a sorry state we are in at the TE position. I love our WRs and Gurley but there is no big body to help spread the pounding.
As for the announcers saying Everett was playing so well prior to the injury in camp...I don't believe it...that is a bunch of yap to explain away...or give hope to a bust.
The one thing Snead does that ticks me off is he uses high picks on projects. Guys like Everett are 5th, 6th 7th rounders. Those are you projects...if you are going to take a project.
