I have no doubt that when reviewing their performance from 2017 they spotted the lackluster redzone performance and took the trouble to correct it in the off-season, probably primarily through play design, playcalling, and attention to execution.
Last year 60% would have ranked them 7th. The Jagz were first with nearly 69%.
Right now there are teams in the 80s and 90s and even one at 100. But that will fade. So right now 60% is 16th but if they stay there consistently and even improve, eventually they will be in the top 10 as the teams above them fade (no one stays at 80-100%). [
