After three games we have given up 250 yards on the ground to Marshawn Lynch, David Johnson and Melvin Gordan.

In '17 we gave up 413 yards in 3 games to an aging Gore, the 3 headed monster in DC, Carlos Hyde.

I will gladly take less pass rush for run stopping. We have faced three outstanding runners in 2018 and faired pretty well.

Rams right now are 9th in rushing yards allowed.

But here's a kind of troubling combination of stats.

They are both 3rd lowest in rushing attempts, AND 27th in yards per attempt.

This suggests that they are not stopping the run so much as outscoring teams and forcing them to catch up by passing.
