Those types of penalties help our D in that it forces the opposition to get away from short fast hitting plays.

If our guys can get the O into long yardage we have a great chance of forcing a turnover. much like Carr threw that one to Littleton....he heved it with no pressure around him, seemed to me he got nervous/scared.
