Yes, the player gets to select what Practice Squad he goes to....Sizing the better opportunity, however, once on a Practice Squad, another team cannot add him to theirs, they can only grabs another teams player on the PS, if they are going to add him to their active roster, but the team that has him on the PS can add them to theirs in order to keep him.
