This is the kind of stuff he's been doing lately off the football field during his newfound sobriety:
Watch the documentary on Josh. Follow his Instagram and Twitter feeds. Try to understand him as a person beyond the ESPN headlines. He's working his ass off to defeat his demons and be a better man for himself, but more importantly, for his children, and I'm not going to convict him of a relapse until it's proven. As you can tell, this is a touchy subject for me for personal reasons.
I'm just going to end it with this: I believe that the Browns are the worst organization in professional sports. Not just football, but pro sports. Put this guy into a locker room with a winning culture and competent coaches who can maximize his abilities, and he will thrive. Someone is going to win the lotto with this kid. I believe in him.
