When they drafted him, I was skeptical that he could be the future LT and still am somewhat. I thought they would let Hav walk and slide Boom into RT next year.
This signing is the Rams making a statement that he's the LT. It aligns with him primarily getting snaps at LT. I really doubt his long term future will be at a guard position.
This development definitely affects 1st round draft targets in 2019. It opens everything up....
