I admit I probably haven't seen every single throw but I have seen most of them. It's the receivers who are more of a problem IMO. Today they were getting little to no separation and there weren't open throws to make. The throws he did make weren't into double coverage or horribly placed, they just weren't completions and much of that was due to the backup level of talent of the WR's.
Like I've said though, I'm not a huge Mannion fan but I think it's pretty obvious that McVay is fine with him and isn't testing him. Nothing resembling the real offense and no opportunities with any starting caliber players. I'd be right there with everyone wanting to replace him if he'd been struggling in the real offense but he's, as far as I know, never had a chance with the starters in a real game situation.
His start last year and the various mop up opportunities were all throwaway situations with backups all around. Tells me that McVay thinks he'll be fine if he gets put in for real.
