My son-in-law handed me a package tonight and told me I would need it for my trip to the Rams game this fall. I open it and it's a Rams baby t-shirt. Gonna be a grandpa for the 2nd time next March! Ya-hoooo!

Congrats, NMR. That's a pretty cute way of delivering the news. When my daughter delivered similar news to me right before Christmas in 2015. I was home feeling exhausted and weak from my 3rd round of chemo. She said that she and her husband had a little Christmas present for me and they wanted to bring it over. I'd been so sick that I had bought no presents for anybody and didn't even put up a tree that year. She handed me two little boxes and told me which one to open first. The first one was an ornament that said "I love you to the moon and back" ... something my daughter and I say to each other all the time. The second one was an ornament that said "Baby on The Way". The news was totally unexpected and I have to say. I kept looking at the ornament to make sure I was reading it right. That little Christmas present is now 2 yrs old and has become the light of my life.
