He gets into some figures and when he does he indicates he knows no more about any of this than anyone else.

He is just one more speculative account from the outside, just like PFT, just like VB, just like everyone else. And those accounts are all different and all over the map and no one has any good reason to believe one of them over any of the others.

BUT. All accounts say they're working, they're moving, they will get it done.

Now that's very different from last week when the rumor was they were stalled and many people, including you.
