I agree that the loyal fans should be recognized and rewarded. I'm just not so sure free beer after a win is the way to do it.
Setting refrigerators around town filled with booze that open if the Browns win just doesn't sound very responsible to me. I don't know the details of how this will work but it could backfire. Most things with free booze do.
