Ongoing communication, both sides want to make it happen, etc. I also agree with his guess about late August. Donald would not play in preseason games anyway and he obviously works his tail off daily in Pittsburgh. Maybe it happens the day after the last preseason game or something. Hopefully they are more into the nuances of the deal now vs the big numbers.
