Without looking at any game tape, you should come to the conclusion that either he's a poor decision maker under duress, and/or he has a slow delivery.
Not sure why the Rams ever took this guy in the 3rd round.
I am also kind of shocked since McVay has been here they haven't drafted a QB or signed anybody in FA.
