Go back and check his comments, he said he couldn't get top guys because of the move situation.
Still, I agree with you that its all BS. Fisher is hiding behind that excuse.
He wanted things done his way, his style of offense. Run the ball, play good D and STs.

"Run it harder," Fisher said.
That's his approach. It won't change. But if he can run it, then drive the ball with play-action passes down the field, maybe it can work. To be honest, I think he needs an overhaul to his style of play.
