Here's one. Granted I was a kid (12 yrs.) but saw several games. Was there to see them arrive from Cleveland in 46. Used to take the game bus from the old Memory Lane nightclub on Santa Barbara Ave. (now Martin Luther King Bl,) right to the Coliseum. After the game would come back with my mom to the nightclub for a steak dinner and watch a few of the Rams come in to drink and dance (yes-with my mom too). My dad was lost in WW2 and I suppose my mother wanted me to be interested in sports. Her boss was the Ram statistician and he got us great seats for most all the games in that era.
