I agree with those who think Brown can have a better than average year, especially since it's a contract year.
In terms of being a weak link, would that all weak links were this not weak.
Rams sack percentage of 5.1% was 9th best in the league.
Whitworth allowed 6 sacks. Saffold, 1. Sullivan, 1. Brown, 2.5. Hav, 4. (Other sacks go to subs, TEs, and RBs).
In terms of running the ball, Rams had most success running behind left tackle (1st in the league), and in the middle where they ranked 3rd (this covers guards and the center). Running to the right tackle they ranked 13th. Their worst was around left end where they ranked 23rd.

Remember all that anxiety over the right side of #Rams offensive line? Jamon Brown and Rob Havenstein squashed it

Brown’s 77.5 overall grade for the game is the highest grade earned in the 2017 season and 16th best among guards through Sunday’s games. After leading the league in QB pressures allowed through the first five weeks of the season with 19, Brown has now gone two straight games without allowing a single pressure on 64 pass blocking snaps. Brown is one of only three guards out of 41 eligible to have not allowed a quarterback pressure over the last two weeks and holds a 100.0 pass blocking efficiency.
