$20/$21 Million is probably the floor

If AD and/or his agents think their #1 priority is to get as much money as possible, that is a valid point of view, IMHO. We see that all the time in sports and life in general. People set their own priorities. The Rams' concern is for the greater good of the team not how rich they can make one player. So let's hope their priorities can find a point of intersection 
From what we can surmise, and that ain't much, I'd think $20M is the floor and I suspect the Rams are offering at least that much. IMHO, depending on how the deal is structured, I think it could be reasonable to go as high as $24M/year - crazy, right!! That would be my high end and that would depend heavily on the the structure of the contract protecting the team from and injury to AD, see JJ Watt, or just declining play, for whatever reason, after he cashes in, see Albert Haynsworth.
