1) Despite a very diversed scheme with tons of plays and options that spreads the field and creates space, I feel he boxes players into a certain role. These receivers run these routes and that receiver runs those routes. I think he could mix and match and could have given Watkins a ton more short stuff instead of just running him deep over and over.
2) His hurry up offense was dreadful late in games. Goff still looked unprepared and he treated him like a puppet. There is no time for that when the game is on the line and time is an element. You have to prepare the QB and turn the game over to him.
