I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. McVay is a HC prodigy and the Rams better never let him get away.
He is now the most valuable piece in the entire Rams Organization. All due respect to Demoff, Snead, Wade, Goff, AD, Gurley, etc, of course.
Only the lack of winning or something non football related can derail McVay. It appears that McVay and Snead work in concert together and ESK is proven to be very patient with his Head Coaches. Add in the Los Angeles Rams, not only want stability, but exciting plays with sizzle that sell PSL's and IMO, McVay could be showing the Rams the way for a long period of time.
