There are great leaders, and not so great leaders.
It’s not simply he’s a leader or not. There are degrees of leadership.
How far will your team go for you, how much do they believe in you?
A great leader shows up big time in big games in crunch time. Players rally around him and play at a higher level in those situations.
I don’t consider Ogletree or Quinn great leaders. If you want to call them leaders, fine. IMO, we can do a lot better.
