Rampage2K-
Most people are happier with that then the StLouis blue n gold at least..
According to what? "Most people" in your own subjective eyes? Or genuine real evidence and info?
Because my own admittedly equally evidence lacking view is that the mismatch is widely perceived as a mistake and a problem. Otherwise there would be no controversy in the first place.
....
I don’t live in LA, and this really is a question for the LA folks. I can’t answer for them, all I can say is that every person I have spoken with from LA disliked the STL colors from the get go.
Did the Rams make it worse by doing that mismatch mess? I think so. And I think it’s likely that it made matters worse.
But I don’t think we can say for certainty that LA would have been “ok” with looking at the STL colors for 4 years. IMO, I doubt it. At this point it’s conjecture and opinion.
But that point is moot.
They are where they are now. And it readily apparent that they’ve got a uniform issue that’s not going away if they don’t change them.
Well I';ve encountered LA people on the net who were fine with the blue n golds. Just as I know St.L people who were fine with the old blue n yellows. That's anecdotal evidence and so is yours. Everyone believes their own anecdotal evidence so that's where that leaves us. (If anyone has any REAL evidence I am happy to hear it.) Meanwhile the mismatch is controversial, and, that strongly suggests they are not accepted.
For the LA fans who for whatever reason wanted a change...careful what you wish for.
We went, as Rams fans (meaning everyone not just LA or St.L fans) from saying the Rams had the best uniform in the league and maybe even league history to
enh, this mismatch isn't THAT bad I guess.
