Dave Wannstedt: Josh Rosen reminds me a little bit of Jay Cutler...immaturity issues.
First, what is he basing this on? Where does he see immaturity?
Second, Cutler is fun to rip but he's #27 all-time in passing yards, #31 in TDs, #33 in passer rating, #24 in completion percentage, but #53 in interceptions.
