IMO, this shows that you don't need great WR's. Cooks perhaps is the "weapon". But Kupp and Woods are really nice to have in McVays offense. I wonder if we would even be talking about them in Boras' offense... or Goff for that matter.... or Gurley...
The key to the offense last season was the OL, IMO. Allowing Goff the amount of time we haven't seen... I'm not sure... since Ferragamo? IDK. And Gurley had running room, leading to a running game and that opened it up a bit more.
I hope to see more of the same (and hope the defense can make up the slack). It would be great if the game slowed down for Goff, and IMO it should with a full off-season.
