If a qb has a bad rookie year and then comes in the next year and throws down big numbers like Goff did to me that says he has arrived. Very few QB no matter how good do that much during their rookie years. A few exceptions are Luck, RG3 and Watson in the last few years. Goff showed that he is a top flight QB and we should expect that he will get better as he grows stronger and the mental part of his game grows. I still think he is vastly under rated at this point but I guess we will have to see how he does next season for that to be proven
