In my little world max, I see more than 21 even though some are unproven and have too small or no sample size to qualify.
How many are actually franchise caliber and how many can win a SB with a supporting cast is the question I would ask.
The NFL is finally loaded at the quarterback position even with some of these guys retiring in the next few years.
