Yeah, I am probably in the minority here but I'm all in regarding the new stadium. I love it. Sure, I want to get to a game at the Coliseum while they're still there. But I've been to places like the Cowboys Stadium and there is nothing not to like about that place. And if the Rams set the bar higher from there, well, wow. The whole 300-acre complex aspect of it is great with being able to host the Draft, NFL Network HQ, other activities, etc.
I should have gone into real estate because I said 15 years ago the NFL should use the Hollywood Park site for a new stadium. It's a perfect spot right near the 405 and 105, a couple miles down Manchester Blvd. from LAX, etc.
