I really liked how Fisher handled the rooks..imo

Having them come in & have time to get taught the basics of hows, whys, wheres....etc.
I don't know how MUCH that helped them...just seems like orientation day at college....to help get the basics down.

We'll see how it goes. Their rookies did pretty good last year...many played and a few started
so I guess McVay gets the benefit of the doubt here. Wait, did they do that last year????
Or did they have a rookie mini-camp?
I can't remember.
