I like Phillips as a 1st rounded at 5 tech and a 3rd rounder at 3 or nose.
He overpowered collegiate players in the Pac 10. He's not going to do that at the next level inside. But his balance and quickness along with his power and hand play would make him really dangerous over a tackle.
A tackle isn't going to drive him off the ball or get outside of him with quickness.
I like him as a possible pro bowler at 5 tech.
Bryan compared to JJ Watt to me. And his background being the son of a Navy seal tells me that he's likely barely tapped his potential.
