Most important issue of number of "wins" is to get a playoff bye

History has proven that a playoff bye is the key to getting to the Superbowl.
So the number of wins for the Rams is, for me, relative ONLY for what it takes to get a playoff bye.
That number is likely to be higher than 10 or 11 wins.
My hunch is that number is probably 13 wins.
