That does sound good. I like that he mentions "prime" too. Didn't know about that until I worked in fine dining restaurants as a young lad. Back then -- oh, it must have been a hundred years ago or so -- grocery stores almost never carried "prime" beef. Choice was the best you could get. Now places like Costco carry it. But, sheesh, it's expensive. Worth it for a special treat. But expensive.

I am worried, however, that Waterfield makes a mistake or two, after those glasses of good scotch. He needs to make sure he doesn't take a nap with the prime steaks and BBQ Pepper instead.
