Cooks said something about buying #14 from Mannion.

Watkins didn't pursue buying #14, and went with 12 instead.

Could be an indicator of Cooks staying more than a one year rental if he buys 14.

I thought is was a bit unusual that Sammy's twitter handle had a pic of him wearing 14 in a Bills uniform while he was in LA. He never really bought in totally to being an LA Rams, IMO.
