His staying off these practices is more about agents IMO.....The thing about his process of signing is about an agent wanting to show all other players his agency is the place to go....The RAMS have already said they want to pay him to be the highest player on D...So if that is the case then the question goes to how high. I love it when players say they have no say in that...they just want to play.....but I never understood that premise...If they are the ones whose bodies are used why would they not want to be on the money side?
AD will be signed or he won't....but IMO it won't be because of the RAMS low balling him....it won't be an agent deciding for an obviously smart player.....AD has the brains to take over his money matters as far as his pay....
AD is a team leader....the question is who leads him.....himself or an agent?....I hope and believe it's him....but a lot of these pros just talk the talk....and make it look like it's the team who makes the choice....'I just play....I don't do the business side"..I don't believe it....They have a choice of what they want and were they want to play....to an extent.....They are not cattle sold because they have no brains....(although again that may be in question with some)...but AD is not in that area IMO...
Look at Trumane as an example....tell me he just wanted to play......
