I have a huge amount of respect for all of the conditioning work AD does outside of organized team events. That said, I think off-season activities aren't just about the conditioning. Mentorship and encouragement for the younger guys comes to mind....

Is it that much to ask for one of the "leaders" to be there???
You may personally believe him not reporting subtracts from him being a leader. I have a different opinion personally, so we just have different votes on that.
But, us 2 aside, objectively, the players don;t feel that way. Neither do the Rams coaches or (it seems) the front office.
The Rams don't see holding out on a business issue as subtracting from being a leader as a player.

Not saying he's not a leader, in fact I'm saying he is a leader and simply asking is that too much to ask for him to show up for these non contact workouts for some simple team building???
He has been quoted as saying he's not going to do the hold out thing again.
