But boy, he had that athleticism. We used the #2 overall pick on athleticism and ignored everything else because we needed left tackle.
We drafted him because of need...bad move. We then turned around and used sound judgement on the evaluation for drafting Aaron Donald, a guy who demonstrated over years that he was the real deal. A guy whose film showed that it directly translated to the NFL game.
We drafted him based on BPA.It is my all time most hated pick.
My dream was to trade back and get another #1 for the following season...

When Snead focuses on proven talent, the film and BPA, he seems to make some excellent choices. When he forces it and drafts for need, he blows.
