Is that how it works, only free agents that have played out their contract are included in the formula. So teams can sign any number of cut free agents and not lose out. Also I remember he Rams waited out to sign a few FA last year's so as they didn't count either, does anyone know the cut off date for this year's signing not to impact the compensation picks?
