Just last year he signed a 3-year, $27M contract with the Colts (with incentives that could have boosted the value to $30M), $7M roster bonus in the first year.
Assuming 10% for inflation and also assuming that his relative value on the FA market is the same this year the Rams might do this:
3-year $30M contract, $9M signing bonus, $16M guaranteed, another $3M in incentives.
Salary year 1: $4M (cap hit $7M)
Salary year 2: $8M (cap hit $11M)
Salary year 3: $9M (cap hit $12M)
(I have no idea if the Rams can afford that ... just throwing it out there in case someone else knows!)
Overthecap.com says he's a 3-4 DE and also says he's the 5th ranked 34DE out of 58. [
