Drops are tricky. He dropped some easy ones but the fact that a rookie converted on 65% of his targets is incredible.
Kupp puts himself in a position to succeed. He knows where the soft spot on the field is and Goff trusts him to exploit it. When plays break down he has his head back and changes route to save his QB. Those are highly contested situations.
Yes, he had drops. He's a rookie. He may always be a dropper. But all of the other things are everything you want out of a guy.
