Since McVay likes to spread the ball, Reynolds has zero chance to catch 119 passes for 1,781 yards and 13 TDs...what Bruce did in year 2!!!
And by they way, I know Issac Bruce. Josh Reynolds is no Issac Bruce!
Something just tells me a guy that catches 11 passes in 24 targets for 104 yards and 1 TD in a totally different league...isn't going to quite measure up.
As I'm certain you understand, in 1994, the game was different. Three receiver sets were not common, not to mention 4. Willie Anderson and Jessie Hester were the main starters thrown to by the likes of Chris Chandler and Chris Miller. It still was a game where the run dominated, in this case by the Bus Jerome Bettis.
And frankly, it's unfair to compare him to Bruce. I'll say he has no chance to come close to one of the all time great Rams.
