It is a challenging first year in the pros So many of these colleges run a version of some run and gun thing: Has to be mountain of info to digest playing on Sundays.
Serves to remind me that Kupp was so prepared. Nothing like a rookie. Does that mean he'll have an immensely larger year?
AND.....just to remind myself that it was our draft guys that pointed him out, and his tape from A&M was outstanding. No, seriously.......crazy good stuff That we snagged both Reynolds and Kupp in that second tier of WRs is testament what McVay and Snead have done so quickly.
Snead's own comment to Reynolds was something to the effect, "Are you mad?" when they drafted him. And then, "Use that to motivate going forward?" He was under recognized, and looking back at the highlight films got me all pumped up again about what he can do.
If you're right, and I hope you are, his learning curve will have been met, and for me, his ability to add some weight to that frame ought to be very promising for 2018
This isn't the best highlight reels but somewhere in one of them there's that OMG moment for what the kid can do......
