As long as they don't sign UFAs to big contracts themselves. If they only sign released free agents then they get

a chance at those comp picks(you would think they would get the two 3rds ). My question is if they were to sign

a lesser deal with a UFA ,say if were 2 years 10 million how would that impact the comp picks?
