As I said in my earlier OP, I find this FO discouraging.
The dynamic I see is a wild man GM who makes reckless moves, finance guys who have no feel for how to sign the right players, and a very inexperienced HC who lacks the knowledge and leverage to keep stupid stuff from happening.
These guys are throwing darts out there.
