I have not resolved this to my satisfaction, I just don't know. But I suspect, by just a slight margin, it's scheme more than personnel.
And most of that is reliant on Goff and his progress.. which as great as it has been is not quite 'there' yet. But not just him...at all. Kupp dropped a couple, (not worried about him but he has to correct that), Woods seems to become less focused on for 'whatever' reason... perhaps the 'bias' that he's merely a deep threat requiring lots of room to work with... (I don't agree with that).... and no solid TE... which is the biggest mystery to me. - JamesJM
