I live in the heart of Niner country and was listening to two radio shows the last few days. Sherman was a topic on both shows....whether they should look at him and another was are the Niners going to compete with the Rams for the division (Kreidler ESPN show)
Fans calling in and radio hosts were not really interested in Sherman unless they could get his costs way down which all felt was not gonna happens.
Concerns about his injuries and age.
Both hosts on the ESPN said the Rams were team to beat and that although the Niners were improved and trending upward, they could not compete with the Rams. Both felt the Seahawks and Cards were not ging to compete for the division.
