'Replacing' him with a draft pick is not an option at this point. Rookie wr's very rarely contribute right away and so many top picks never amount to much. The window is open NOW, who knows how long that will last. Soon we'll have to pay Gurley and Goff , etc. and we will get picked apart piece by piece. Don't mind overpaying for a guy who scored 8 touchdowns and seems ready to contribute more - right now. Also what do we have for WR depth if Watkins leaves? So far nothing special from the guys rounding out the bottom of the roster.
