I've often said that one of the great coaches -Sid Gillman-once said that you build a consistent top competing team-not with offensive skill players -but rather a solid O line and a solid D secondary.-the two most important units. Ram management appear to be following that plan and I think they will be a solid competing playoff team for some time. I think they made the right decision with Joyner.
However, most fans, understandably, will usually favor the offensive skill players.
