I wonder how teams view scoring TDs and that value in dollars for each TD...

I couldn't find it but I would think there is an UN-official/UN-written ballpark ALL teams use
to value TDs when negotiating new contracts. I think that's why TA got lots of money..when he scored 10 TDs that year...and maybe why they might do the same with Sam,my for his 8TDs...tho very different types of WERs...Alshon Jeffrey and Watson share a similar situation as as Jeffries last year. iirc
It'll be interesting to see how it plays out. But we have ALWAYS wanted a #1 WR here and now we got one in Watkins...one that forces defenses to adjust. Woods has become a nice #2/#1 WR in his own right...and Kupp is solid as a rock. I think the sum is more than the individual parts and they all really help each others game by what they bring to the offense. imo
I'd really like to keep both...and think they should.
